How much does it cost?
It depends on what needs connecting. After the first call, we send you a fixed-price quote. Websites for local businesses have a fixed price, which we send you on WhatsApp along with a free preview.
Will I need to switch software or learn something new?
Very little. We work with what you already use. We show you anything that changes, such as the enquiry dashboard, in a short session.
Will AI speak to my customers for me?
Only as far as you choose, and always making clear that it is an automated assistant, as European rules require. It can answer basic questions, ask for missing details and suggest an appointment. When a conversation needs a person, it hands it over straight away.
How soon can it be up and running?
A first system is usually ready within 2 to 4 weeks of receiving access. WhatsApp verification with Meta can add a few days. A local business website can be ready in a few days.
Do you work with businesses in any city?
Yes. We work remotely with businesses across Spain, through video calls, WhatsApp and email.
What happens to my customers’ data?
It stays in your accounts. The system processes it using AI and automation providers that comply with the GDPR. We tell you which providers before we start. We only access what we need and sign the data processing agreement required by law.
